The Two Minute Test

For this weekly blog post, I wanted to share an interesting website. The site is basically a quiz - for teachers. It's testing if you have "some of the knowledge required to become a teacher". It's also based around HTML, which is quite impressive for what the quiz features. The quiz is quite short, but it contains a very powerful and clean design, with sleek animations and creative quizzing strategies.
Give it a try, especially if you are a teacher - http://hardudetideg.no/test/en.html.

Art Styles Poster

This is the final design of my art styles poster. I decided to go for a more boxed style, so the images would take up more space. The border color clearly separates each art style, and gives it a mood. The boxes are tilted and spread out like cards, to make the poster feel less aligned. The background is simple, and it makes the boxes stand out.

Photoshop GIF from Video

For this weekly post, I wanted to share a technique I learned a few days ago, about importing videos into Photoshop and transforming them into GIF images. The procedure is pretty basic, but it's a cool concept.

You have the ability to shift the time-frame to your liking upon import, and each frame will automatically be saved as a layer, and imported into the timeline where you can change the animation settings as usual.
